Our Guarantee
Guarantee for pups
We guarantee the pup to be
free of hip dysplasia,
and have a clear CERF between the ages of 24 and 30 months, provided that the
pup has not sired or whelped a litter and that the name "Texas Pointing Labs"
appears in the front of the AKC registered name. If the value of a replacement pup is more than
that of the
previous pup, the owner will be responsible for the
difference.
Costs of
shipping the replacement and original pup will be the responsibility of the
customer.

We do not guarantee that pups will point. Natural
pointing is not possible to predict. Because we are committed to the pups
we produce, we are not comfortable with an arrangement that would have them
displaced from a family or replaced based on ultimate
pointing ability.
